Frank X. Dalton
Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Dalton is currently the CEO of Market Velocity, Inc, and board member. He has held management positions as a chief financial officer of a venture-backed software company and as director of operations for a national computer distributor. He is also currently a Partner with Cordova Ventures, an Atlanta based venture capital firm and heads the investment activity for Information Technology related opportunities. His background also includes investment banking to emerging technology companies specializing in mergers and acquisitions, advisory services and capital raising. He was also a partner with BDO Seidman LLP's Atlanta office in charge of the Emerging Business Group, specializing and working with growth companies, both public and private, with heavy emphasis in the technology sector. Mr. Dalton started his career with Ernst & Ernst in Atlanta in 1978 and has a B.S. in Accounting from the University of South Carolina . He is an active member of the Atlanta Technology Angels, Board member of the Technology Executives Roundtable (TER), Board member of the Atlanta Venture Forum and Advisory Board member of the Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina and Center for Global Business Leadership at Georgia State University. In addition to his Cordova related board roles, Mr. Dalton is a director of Xpanxion, LLC; an Atlanta based outsourced technology development company.
Mark Eigenbauer
VP Finance and Operations
Mark has experience in the financial arena that spans over 16 years. Prior to his role as VP of Finance and Operations at TradeUps, he was the CFO for SCI Companies, a $400 million human resources outsourcing company. During his tenure with SCI, Mark successfully secured financing for the company while also managing cash inflow/outflow of over $60 million per month. In addition to his finance and operational roles, he also managed the company’s technology department. Mark has also served as CFO for NSM, a German manufacturer of CD and DVD related digital storage systems. Upon graduation from St. Francis University with his B.B.A in Accounting, Mark joined KPMG. From there, he spent the next seven years in progressively senior financial positions with Uniforms To You. Mark is a CPA and has his M.B.A from DePaul University .
Diane Morse
VP of Sales and Marketing
Diane has 20 years of experience at senior level business development and product marketing positions. Most recently, she served as Director of Hewlett-Packard's Strategic Business Unit at Tech Data Corporation. Diane built this business unit from the ground up, managing purchasing, product marketing, sales, technical support, and training and education. Diane was responsible for development of the annual business plan and the strategic marketing plans to drive growth of the business unit to $1.5 billion per year, making HP the largest vendor at Tech Data. Diane also served as On-line Marketing Manager for Powersoft Corporation responsible for launching new distribution and sales channels including Powersoft's first web initiative. In addition, Diane enhanced her experience in the OEM world through marketing positions held at NEC Technologies and Digital Equipment Corporation.
Don Otto
VP of Technology
Don Otto is Vice President of Technology. Don has more than 20 years of experience in technology management with a knack for business process reengineering and technology turnarounds. Don leads MVI’s technology areas in development, operations, administration, and telecommunications. As CTO, he coordinates MVI’s development projects, aligning technology tools with customer needs.
Prior to this assignment, Don successfully led a variety of different technology organizations. He was: Vice President of Technology & Operations for SmartMouth Technologies, a Boston based grocery ASP, Chief Information Officer for Atlanta based U.S. Communications, and Chief Technology Officer for Atlanta based 1-800-Database. He has also held director level positions in outsourcing and database mining industries, in firms from start-up to Fortune 500.
